Les-Tilleuls.coop’s commitment to abortion rights

We're very concerned by the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court which has led to the immediate banning of abortion in a dozen American states. This historic attack reminds us that the right to abortion is in permanent danger, including in France and in Europe.
Our co-op has been committed to women's rights since its creation. We actively fight against discrimination against women, including wage discrimination. We organize and participate in initiatives to feminize tech. We make sure that for each position of responsibility within our structure there is at least 50% of women, including for the CEOs.
However, recent events show us that this is not enough regarding the dangers faced by women's rights. Les-Tilleuls.coop has decided to become more involved and to take the following measures:
- Our cooperative will fully cover the abortion-related costs of its employees, including those living in states that prohibit abortion.
- We will make an annual donation of €1,000 to Planning Familial, a feminist movement defending - among other things - the right to abortion.
- We are in favor of the inclusion of the right to abortion in the French Constitution.
