Les-Tilleuls.coop is at the cutting edge of technological, social and economical innovation. Our collective project aims to put the people at the heart of the company.
Les-Tilleuls.coop is a cooperative and participatory association (SARL Scop). It is 100% owned by the men and women working there. Its governance is democratic. After a year of employment at Les-Tilleuls.coop, all employees become partners of the cooperative and co-owners of its capital. The company we work in really is our company. All employees are happy with their work, innovate, develop projects, make their voices heard and invest themself completely in order to satisfy our customers. And obviously, it works!
At Les-Tilleuls.coop, it is normal for the money earned through everyone’s hard labour, thoroughness, imagination and creativity to be fairly shared among us. The salaries are collectively determined, they are fair and remunerate each worker at their fair value. Because we believe that all our employees are important and indispensable, the highest hourly wage cannot be more than three times higher than the lowest hourly wage. The profits generated by our company are equally allocated between all the employees at the end of each year.
SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY
As a SCOP, our company is a Social and Solidarity Economy institution. We are members of the Union Régionale des Scop des Hauts-de-France, and, in this way, of the APES 59/62 (Acteurs Pour une Économie Solidaire) and the CRES 59/62. We are also members of ANIS (Association Nord Internet Solidaire) and we have applied to the Préfecture for “caring company” approval. As far as possible, we collaborate with other social and solidarity companies and we help to develop cooperatives (Scop and Scic). We offer special rates to general interest associations and to social and solidarity economy organisations.
We build most of our applications and websites using free softwares to which we contribute. These projects are designed according to 4 freedoms: to run the program for any purpose, to study how the program works and adapt it to one’s needs, to redistribute copies of the program, to improve it and release these improvements to the public so that the whole community benefits.
The applications and websites we develop are designed in a way that promotes accessibility to disabled users thanks to the use of open formats. In our company, respect for others, tolerance and diversity are core values upheld and defended by our employees. At Les-Tilleuls.coop, the wages of men and women are equal and we refuse to work on projects that are racist, sexist, homophobic or which can affect individual and collective freedoms (filing, surveillance…).
