Privacy policy

This policy describes how personal data is processed on les-tilleuls.coop: for which purposes, for how long, and what rights you have.

Newsletter subscription

Purpose: sending you news about the cooperative by email (articles, events, training courses, job openings).

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a). Subscription uses double confirmation: after entering your address, you receive an email containing a link you must click. Without that click, no newsletter is ever sent to you.

Data processed: your email address, together with the date, time and IP address of your confirmation — the latter being the record of your consent, which we are required to be able to produce.

Recipient: our mailings are handled by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., United States), acting as a processor and not using your address for its own purposes. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the safeguards set out in Mailchimp’s data processing agreement.

Retention: your address is kept until you unsubscribe, and for no more than three years after your last interaction with our mailings. Once you unsubscribe, your address is kept on a suppression list for the sole purpose of ensuring you are not contacted again.

Unsubscribing

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or by writing to rgpd@les-tilleuls.coop.

Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and stops all mailings. If you want your address erased from our systems rather than simply excluded from mailings, say so in your request and we will delete it permanently.

Contact form

Purpose: answering your enquiry.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

Messages sent through the form are stored on the site and forwarded by email to our teams. An anti-bot mechanism provided by Cloudflare (Turnstile) protects the form against automated submissions.

Retention: three years from our last exchange.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Matomo, installed on our own hosting: visit statistics are not shared with any third party and are used solely to understand which content is being read.

Tracking does not use cookies; IP addresses are anonymized.

Hosting and delivery

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Delivery goes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which handles caching and attack protection and, in doing so, technically processes visitors’ IP addresses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to rgpd@les-tilleuls.coop. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr).

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the latest revision appears below.
