API Platform Conference 2024 speaker lineup announced

We are thrilled to announce the speakers for the API Platform Conference 2024! The conference will take place on September 19th-20th 2024, in Lille, France. How the API Platform Conference 2024 programming was designed #
A call for proposal was open throughout the winter and closed on March 29. We received over hundreds of talk submissions, and our editorial board convened at the beginning of April to review them. It's worth noting that a small portion of the speakers were also invited. The API Platform Conference is still a relatively young "niche" event, and it's important for us to strike the right balance between diversity, renowned and new speakers, topics and levels of talks.
Performance, Architecture, Best Practices and AI on the Agenda #
Here are a few speakers and topics you'll have the opportunity to discover in September:
- Matt Holt, the author of the Caddy web server, returns to Lille for the second time to present the conference Maximizing your APIs in Production with the Caddy Web Server, demonstrating how Caddy (API Platform’s web server) features can enhance the strength of your website.
- Antoine Bluchet, API Platform release manager, will present the fourth version of the framework, including new top-notch features.
- Marion Agé, CEO at Les-Tilleuls.coop will share a focus on the customization of the API Platform documentation
- Steve McDougall will invite you to use API Platform with Laravel and equip you with all the knowledge you need to create an "artisanal" application.
- Symfony expert Mathias Arlaud will show how to make the API Platform serialization superfast thanks to a set of new tools.
- François Zaninotto, CEO at Marmelab, will share updates about the API Platform admin generator.
- Derick Rethans, Xdebug creator, will help you boost your productivity thanks to his famous library.
- Florian Engelhardt, CTO at Datadog, will offer an exploration of the 1BRC with his talk Processing One Billion Rows in PHP.
- Boas Falke, developer at bitExpert, will present how FrankenPHP can simplify your deployments.
- Sergès Goma, JavaScript developer will present the complex relationship between technology and ethics.
- Stefan Koopmanschap will share a gentle reminder of the Domain-Driven Design basics.
- Laura Durieux, fullstack developer, will show how PHP, API Platform and machine learning can work together.
