Sending a test
You are applying for a position as a technician and your application has caught our attention? We will send you an online test on your technical knowledge. This test is not disqualifying but allows us to prepare the orientation of the subjects discussed during the interview.

Interview
The moment when we meet and get to know each other. Carried out in duo by a technician and a person from our strategy department, we talk about your career path, we present our cooperative in detail, we discuss the missions you will be asked to carry out and we present our salary scale in order to determine which position suits you best.

Vote by the cooperator
Following this interview, our employees write a report of the exchange and we proceed to a vote of all the employees to validate the candidacy and evaluate the adequate compensation.

Final step
Whatever the result of the vote, we will keep you informed and, if all the indicators are green, we will prepare your future arrival together!
